Approved by the OPTN/UNOS Board of Directors in November 2004, the OPTN Evaluation Plan explains to OPTN Member transplant centers, OPOs and histocompatibility labs how UNOS, as the OPTN contractor, assesses compliance by those members with OPTN Policies and By-laws. The Plan also includes specific expectations as to how Members remain in compliance.
